The program is especially aimed at perfecting the technique by means of sculling a lot and analyzing and sharing experiences.
These courses are not meant for persons without any rowing experience and are not meant for training for competition.
The sculling courses will be lead by an enthusiastic, experienced instructor, who is familiar with the whishes of recreational rowers to improve their sculling technique. Passion, patience and dedication lead the way.
Participating.....
- minimum age: 18 years
- participants: international
- spoken languages: English, German, Dutch, French
- general rowing experience: one season, is able to keep course
- swimming: you can at least swim 150 meters in rowing gear
- physical condition: good health
- maximum amount of participants: 8
The offer includes.....
- 3 or 4 overnights full board, based on double-rooms with shower/toilet/tv
- free and wireless internet access around the bar
- 3 or 4 days, breakfast and lunch
- when a 3-day course 2x dinner, when a 4-day course 3x dinner

- for single scull advanced:
- 6 or 8 sculling sessions of approx. 2 hours (depending on weatherconditions)
- video-recordings
- analysing video
- individual based coaching
- for single scull beginning:
- 6 or 8 sculling sessions of approx. 2,5 hours
- on first practicing alternated in small groups
- according to progress, adjustment of program

double rooms facing the Saarside, will on base off availability, be given away to early appliers!

courses only take place when the minimum amount of participants has been achieved
Tip......
- As an advanced sculler you may also choose to attend a beginners course. The program will be different but of course the coaching will be adapted to your skills. This option can be of interest if for example, you want to come with a rowing mate with less experience.
- If you come with a group of minimum 8 persons, then the course is private. A special program can be made to suite the course for experienced together with non-experiences scullers. You may also choose dates outside the normal program; please contact!
- During all courses - if place available - non-rowing family and friends are very welcome. Pets are not allowed.
